Here at dial4panels we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from invoice to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Any parts which have been sent back to us which has been sprayed or altered will be disposed of without a refund.

Once your return is accepted we will guide you on your next steps. If items are sent back to us without first requesting a return, they will not be accepted.

Please note that if your country of residence is not United Kingdom, shipping your goods may take longer than expected. Any goods shipped outside of the UK, the consumer will have to post the item back to us at there expense.

Damages and Issues.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged. All damaged items must be logged with courier driver at the point of delivery. Damages will not be accepted for return if it has not been logged with the delivery driver at point of delivery.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item as the return process could take longer than expected.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
